Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Schwaller Garage SA, with its registered office at Route des Trois-Sapins 2, 1772 Ponthaux, Switzerland, and any customer wishing to purchase a vehicle or services from our establishment.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Schwaller Garage SA offers new BYD vehicles for sale, as well as associated services such as:

• Sale of BYD electric and hybrid vehicles
• After-sales service and maintenance
• Test drives by appointment
• Financing and leasing solutions
• Trade-in of used vehicles

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be changed without prior notice. Final prices are those stated on the purchase order form.

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT at the current rate.

Options, accessories and additional services are priced separately and detailed in the purchase order form.

A vehicle order is formalised by signing a purchase order form at our premises. A deposit will be required upon signing the purchase order form.

The contact form available on this website is solely for expressing interest and does not constitute a binding order.

Delivery times are given as estimates and may vary depending on vehicle availability and selected options.

The customer will be informed of the expected delivery date upon order confirmation and kept updated of any changes.

Delivery takes place at our premises in Ponthaux, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods are:

• Bank transfer
• Financing / Leasing via our partners

The remaining balance must be paid before vehicle delivery.

BYD vehicles benefit from the following manufacturer warranties:

• Vehicle warranty: 8 years or 200,000 km
• High-voltage battery warranty: 8 years or 250,000 km
• Roadside assistance: 8 years

Detailed warranty conditions are provided with the vehicle upon delivery.

Under Swiss law, contracts concluded at our premises are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal.

In the event of order cancellation by the customer, the deposit paid may be retained as compensation, unless otherwise agreed.

These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.

Failing amicable agreement, the courts of the canton of Fribourg shall have sole jurisdiction.
